Order fulfilment time

Most orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

For made-to-order, personalised or supplier-sourced products, fulfilment may take longer. The expected lead time is shown in the product description or communicated individually.

For online payments, the fulfilment period starts once the payment is credited or authorised.

Important information

• If the fulfilment date is extended for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you without delay and propose a new solution.
• If a parcel is damaged in transit, we recommend completing a damage report with the carrier and taking photos of the damage. This will help us process your complaint quickly.
• If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to agree on how to proceed or to arrange a refund.
