Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a registered user or without creating an account.

How can I check my order status?

We send fulfilment updates to the email address provided when ordering. You can also check the status after logging into your account.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, if the order has not yet been sent for fulfilment. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

Are all products in stock?

No. Some products are in our warehouse and others are sourced from manufacturers or suppliers after you order. Current availability is shown on the product page.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

We accept online payments via Tpay (fast transfers, BLIK, payment cards) and cash on delivery.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. We issue VAT invoices for companies and institutions. Provide your company details and tax ID when ordering.

How long do I have to pay for my order?

For online payments, the order should be paid within 2 business days of placing it.

Delivery

What delivery methods are available?

We offer delivery via DPD courier, InPost courier and InPost Parcel Lockers® 24/7.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost depends on the method chosen and the order value. The exact amount is shown in the cart before checkout.

From what order value is delivery free?

Free delivery applies to orders from PLN 500.

How long does order fulfilment take?

Most orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. For made-to-order or supplier-sourced products, fulfilment may take longer.

Can I collect my order in person?

Personal collection is currently not available.

What should I do if the parcel is damaged?

We recommend completing a damage report with the carrier and taking photos of the damage. Then contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns and complaints

Can I return a purchased product?

Yes. Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

When is a return not possible?

The right of return does not apply, among others, to products made to individual order, personalised with printing or embroidery, or made to the customer's specification.

How do I file a complaint?

Send a complaint by email to biuro@bezpiecznaodziez.pl. Include your order number, a description of the problem and product photos.

How long does complaint handling take?

Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

Workwear personalisation

Do you offer printing on workwear?

Yes. We can apply prints to selected products.

Do you offer computer embroidery?

Yes. We also offer workwear branding through computer embroidery.

Do you carry out personalisation in-house?

No. Personalisation is carried out by specialised partner companies.

Will I receive a design or visualisation before production?

Yes. For personalised orders we can prepare a visualisation or design for your approval before production starts.

Can I return a product with custom printing or embroidery?

No. Products made to individual customer specification are not subject to return under applicable law.

PPE products

Do the products have the required certificates?

Yes. PPE offered in our store carries the required CE marking and manufacturer documentation.

Can I receive a declaration of conformity?

Yes. We can provide a declaration of conformity for selected products on request.

How do I choose the right protective product?

Consider the type of work, hazard level and required protection standards. Detailed information is in product descriptions and manufacturer documentation.
